While at first glance you might assume the large Carriage Hall would hold the hundreds of guests at your reception, we have more options for you to consider! Here are the details of the outdoor and indoor spaces we can utilize to create your dream wedding.
Ceremony Options
Earle Brown is flexible with ceremony options and are very welcoming of any type of ceremony, especially our friends in the LGBTQ community. If you envision an outdoor wedding, Earle Brown is perfection by design. This is what we call our wedding planning services because our team pays close attention to detail and executes exactly what you want for your special day.
The extravagant Courtyard is a gorgeous outdoor venue at Earle Brown sprawling across almost 81,000 square feet! No need to pair down the guest list because The Courtyard can hold up to 3,000 people. Our flowers and fountains will give you the picture perfect backdrop you hoped for. Plan a visit to our venue to truly appreciate The Courtyard’s beauty.
Indoor ceremonies are also common at Earle Brown and often happen in the same area as the reception. These spaces also serve as a plan B if Mother Nature does not cooperate with your outdoor wedding plans on your big day. Read about our versatile indoor halls and room options below.
Reception Options
Let’s start with the biggest! Carriage Hall can accommodate up to 800 people within more than 12,000 square feet. This space can also be separated into two. With updated lighting and any AV equipment you might desire readily available, this space was made to do whatever you have in mind.
Another popular option for wedding receptions is the Garden City Ballroom. With a beautiful vaulted ceiling and picturesque views of the gardens, this room is charming even without decor. At over 4,600 square feet and space for up to 250 people, it works as an indoor option for your wedding ceremony, too! Plus quick and easy access to the enclosed hotel walkway is very nearby.
The Harvest Room is similar in size to the Garden City Ballroom at about 4,400 square feet. This versatile space has a pre-function area and can be split into three sections! Lastly, the Captain’s Room is about 2,100 feet and can accommodate up to 100 people for a slightly more intimate reception. This room boasts direct access to the beautiful outdoor courtyard where guests can escape during the evening of fun inside.
Lastly, if you have your heart set on an outdoor ceremony and reception, Earle Brown can accommodate. We offer tent rentals and our outdoor space does have ample electricity to keep the party going through the night!
